Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is tollers toys, based in Cheshire, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
● The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
● Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
● The competition opens on 30/1/2026 10:00am and closes on 20/2/2026 10:00am.
● Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Participants may enter on one or more of the Promoter’s social media platforms as follows:
TikTok
- Comment “WIN” on the promotional TikTok post
- Follow the TikTok account @tollerstoys
- Share the promotional post (optional for additional entry)
- Comment “WIN” on the promotional Instagram post
- Follow the Instagram account @tollerstoys
- Share the promotional post (optional for additional entry)
- Like the promotional Facebook post
- Share the promotional Facebook post (optional for additional entry)
Each valid action on each platform counts as one entry. Entering across multiple platforms results in multiple entries.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Entry Limit
● Multiple entries are permitted; each participant may only win once.
● Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.
● Entries must be made from public accounts so that the Promoter can verify compliance.
Automated, bulk, third-party, fake, inactive, or competition-only accounts will be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
6. Prize
● The prize is 4 toys from tollers toys specified in the competition promotion.
● The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
● If original prizes are out of stock at the time of sending, they will be substituted with others of an equal RRP value.
● The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection & Announcement
● The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.
● The winner will be announced on all platforms and contacted via direct message within 2 days of the competition closing.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
8. Prize Delivery
● The prize will be delivered within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
● The promoter is not responsible for delays outside of their control.
9. Platform Disclaimer
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from any responsibility related to this competition.
10. Data Protection
● Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition.
● Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. General
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary.
