We want you to receive your new toys as quickly and efficiently as possible! Please read our delivery options and terms below.

General Delivery Information

  • UK Delivery Only: We currently only offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

  • Business Days: Our delivery times are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Standard Delivery (UK Only)

Our Standard Delivery option is great for non-urgent orders and offers the best value.

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days from the day of dispatch.

  • Cost:

    • FREE on orders totalling £40.00 or more.

    • £4.49 on orders totalling less than £40.00.

Next Day Delivery (UK Only)

Need your toys fast? Choose our Next Day Delivery service.

  • Delivery Time: Guaranteed delivery on the next business day after dispatch.

  • Order Cut-off: To ensure next day delivery, your order must be placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

  • Cost: £5.49 (regardless of order value).

Important Notes

  • Exclusions: Next Day Delivery may not be available for certain remote UK locations (e.g., Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, etc.). If this is the case for your address, we will contact you immediately after your order is placed.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Tollers Toys cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
